MS ERW Black Pipes
Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes are extensively used in agriculture, industry and construction activities like scaffolding and casing in bore wells, These are used for conveying water, gas crude oil and chemicals at various pressures and densities over long distances. Considering the challenging and varied applications, the pipes are produced to meet very high standards of both national and international specifications.
Quality assurance begins at the raw material stage and continues right through all the manufacturing operations, till the Pipes are packed for dispatch. The quality assurance department is fully backed by a modern laboratory for various metallurgical and chemical tests, and a test house for testing physical properties. has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certificate for their quality systems.
Structural Industry
Structural pipes are present in wide range of grades and sizes so as to be utilized for a number of structural tasks and applications. Some of the common applications of the structural pipe include being used for sign poles, bollards, piling, columns and structural supports. At you can choose from a variety of pipe size and wall thickness of structural pipes. You can easily cut and splice the length or can order as per the desired length as per our minimum order quantity. This ensures easy application and also helps in reducing waste.
ERW Steel Pipes: This type of structural pipe is normally known as high quality line pipe in the construction industry and it is used by the oil and utility industries. It can be used for dock, column, sign pole and tunnel construction.
Usually, structural pipes are such steel construction pipes that fulfill certain specified standards of mechanical properties and chemical composition.

Manufacturing Process
ERW pipes are made from HR Coils manufactured & supplied by reputed major steel producers. After being longitudinally slitted & edge preparation, the strip is progressively formed into a circular shape by passing it through a series of forming rolls.
Continuous welding is carried out by a high frequency function welding machine, and the seam is formed by fusing the edges without any filler metal. The weld bead reinforcement (inside), is removed, if needed. The welded pipe, after cooling is cut in appropriate length after attaining its roundness and specified outside diameter.
The pipes are conveyed to the finishing bay for finshing, testing and inspection. Hydro testing of pipes is undertaken to detect leaks and fissures prior to galvanizing and threading. The pipes are subsequently galvanized/black varnished/threaded as per specification/client requirement.

The unfaltering expansion of the Indian real estate market has brought many opportunities for considerable developers to advance big format office volumes and linked structures like resorts, malls, advanced hospitals, etc. This advancement has compelled in understanding the significance of the fire fighting applications and HVAC in both commercial and residential structures as an important part for health and safety.
A fire fighting system is the most essential part of the building services, with an aim to protect life and property. Fire fighting system consist of three basic part
- A large water storage tank
- Specialized pumping system
- Network of piping in either hydrant or sprinklers
![](images/img/7.jpg)
HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning) can be classified as below with pipes usage in general
- Commercial Cooling - large spaces of hotels, IT parks, malls, airports etc.
- Process Cooling - for sterilized rooms of pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
- Pipes used in Fan Coil Unit-25 NB to 32 NB
- Pipes used from chiller header to AHU (Air Handling Unit)-50 NB to 150 NB
- Pipes used in chiller branch lines -150 NB to 250 NB
- Pipes used in chiller main lines-300 NB to 500 NB
The main application of HVAC is to stabilize airflow, room temperature and humidity, which ensures that all such elements stay within the acceptable limits. Operative control of all these factors minimizes the risks related to health.
